What Urbancrease is

A noticeboard that connects cricketers: people post that they need players, an opponent or a ground, or that they have a slot free, and others get in touch with them directly — usually on WhatsApp. Posting, browsing and responding are free.

We are not a party to your game or booking. We don't organise matches, run grounds or collect match or ground fees. Arrangements, payments, cancellations and conduct are between you and the other people involved. Please agree details clearly and use your judgement before paying anyone.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account, and give information that's true.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

What you post

• Post only real games, needs and slots, with details that are accurate and a number you're allowed to share.
• Don't post spam, repeats, betting or gambling, anything illegal, abusive, discriminatory or misleading, or someone else's personal details without their permission.
• You keep ownership of what you post and let us show it on Urbancrease and in link previews so people can find it.
• We may edit, hide or remove posts, and suspend accounts, that break these rules — usually after a report.

Grounds

• Some grounds are listed from public directories. Details, availability and prices can be out of date — confirm with the ground before you go or pay.
• Owners and managers can claim a listing. Claim only a ground you run; we verify claims and may ask for proof. Owners are responsible for keeping slots and prices correct and for honouring bookings they accept.
• Anyone holding a ground's private update link can change its slots — owners should keep it private.

Paid promotions

Some optional features (such as boosting a post or featuring a ground) are paid. The price and duration are shown before you pay, and payment is handled by Razorpay. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

No guarantees

We work to keep Urbancrease useful and online, but we provide it “as is”. We don't guarantee that a game will happen, that players or grounds will turn up, or that information posted by others is correct. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from games, bookings, payments between users, injuries or disputes, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the service; if a change matters, we'll update the date above. You can stop using Urbancrease anytime and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Before that, please write to us at letsplay@urbancrease.com — most things can be sorted out quickly.
