Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

Using Urbancrease is free. This policy covers the optional paid promotions — such as boosting a post or featuring a ground slot or ground — which are digital services that start as soon as payment is confirmed.

When you get a full refund

You were charged but the promotion never started.
You were charged twice for the same promotion.
We removed your post or ground for a reason that wasn't your fault before the promotion finished.
A fault on our side kept the promotion from showing for a significant part of its time.

When we can't refund

The promotion ran as described, including when the game filled up, was cancelled or you changed your mind.
The post or ground was removed for breaking our Terms of Use.

Cancelling

A promotion runs for the time shown when you bought it. Cancelling or deleting the post ends the promotion early; the unused time isn't refunded unless one of the cases above applies.

How to ask

Email letsplay@urbancrease.com within 7 days of the payment with the post or ground and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments and usually reach you in 5–7 working days.

Games and ground bookings

Urbancrease doesn't collect match fees or ground booking payments — those are paid directly to the organiser or ground, and their refunds are between you and them.
